Leadership

Welcome, we would like you to meet our leadership team. The Leadership Team consists of several key roles.

• First the Pastor, This is the person who provides the over all vision for the Church, and that vision the Royal Ranger Program will support and aim to achieve. FCF an advance group of Rangers also are trained and aim to be armor bearer's of there pastor and church leadership.

​

• Second, the Associate Pastor and or Men's Ministry Leader this is the person who offers wisdom to the Royal Ranger Program, this falls to the Pastor when there is no Associate or Men's Ministry Leader.

​

• Third we have the Connections Administrator this person is our Primary contact for Connect Groups at our Local Church. This person, we work directly with, as we meet as a connect group with the interest/infancies on Royal Rangers

​

• Next we have the Outpost Coordinator or Outpost Commander, This person helps ensure leaders are properly trained, help plan events, help raise funds, and becomes the mediator between the Leaders, boys and the Outpost Council, Connections Administrator and Pastor/Associate Pastor. This person also has an active role in checking in with leaders and ensuring things are running properly.

• Fourth you have the Outpost Council, this group is made up of potentially the Pastor or Associate Pastor, the Outpost coordinator and potential Church Board Members.  This group functions similar to a church board.

​

• Other Positions - Chaplin who is responsible for the boys spiritual learning and may do devotions or appoint a boy to assist or do a devotion. They ensure everyone gets an opportunity to accept Jesus Christ. Equipment Manager - Inspects the equipment for events and campouts to ensure safety and resources are ready to go. Advancement Coordinator - This person is responsible for filing and reporting and keeping up with the boys progress and learning.

• Finally you have Leaders and Assistant leaders these are the people on the ground teaching boys and mentoring boys. They learn the boys culture and background, where they are at in life and aim to challenge them to grow. They communicate up to the above leaders to ensure the resources, needs, and desires are expressed or any challenges.

In many cases one man or woman, may assume more than one role where it is appropriate.
